Our Villa
Privately owned, our 2 bedroom villa can sleep 6. Perfect, unspoilt views across the town and salt marsh to the sea and Rock of Calpe to the front and mountains to the side.
Fully equipped with everything you will need, including Freeview TV via satelite, DVD player, HiFi, a microwave, kettle, toaster, juicer, iron, washing machine, oven and hob, hairdryer, all the towels and cutlery etc etc ... In fact everything we would hope to find in a holiday Villa if we were renting.
We use our villa extensively ourselves, this is not just a buy to let place so it is as comfortable and well equipped as WE want for our own holidays, meaning lots of extras for you! For example, in the drawers you will find pens and paper, board and card games, dozens of DVDs and CDs for all tastes, spare batteries for the remotes, a first aid kit, a tool kit, loads of books and (although we hope they remain unused) 2 umbrellas along with many other little things to make your stay more pleasant.
We try to ensure that all guests start their holiday with a few beers and soft drinks in the fridge and wine and harder spirits in the wall unit.
All this is so that hopefully, not only will you have a great time and want to return to us, but that you will recommend us to your friends and family as well.
The house
It is a 2 bedroomed Villa in a row of 5 similar properties, which benefits greatly from parking right outside the door (local charge may be payable for a barrier key). It is air conditioned, which includes hot air central heating if ever that should be necessary!
Upstairs there is one double and one twin room, both with fitted wardrobes. There is also a spacious family bathroom (shower over bath, toilet, bidet)completing the upstairs accommodation.
Downstairs is the lounge with a convertible bed settee and extendable dining table as well as a second toilet and fully equipped kitchen. The Villa has its own hot water boiler in the understairs cupboard providing plenty of hot water throughout the day.
Outside you have your own patio with a table and seating for 6 (or more) and those wonderful views.
